Repeat buyer 5% discount,and 2 orders or more in a regular year will get another 5% discount.
ex1:you have a confirmed order this year,then when you put the new order you will get 5% repeat discount,and as it is the second order of this year,then another 5% discount.
ex2:if you have a confirmed order in the past year,then when you put a order,you will get 5% repeat order discount,but as it is the first order for this year,so you can not get anther 5%.
